Conditions for Returns:
New Condition: Books must be returned in new and unused condition. We are unfortunately unable to accept returned books that show signs of wear, damage, or any markings.
Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot process your return.
Return Process:
Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@acrospirepress.com within the 30-day timeframe. In your email, please provide your order number.
Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed if your return meets the conditions mentioned above.
Packaging: Pack the books securely in their original packaging (if available) or in a similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return reaches us safely.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned book and assess its condition, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Books are refunded at the price at which they were initially purchased. Shipping and handling of books is non-refundable.
